Course Description
Fundamental problems in detection and estimation; statistical decision theory,
techniques in hypothesis testing, and their performance analysis; parameter
estimation for both deterministic and random parameters; exploring important
applications of detection and estimation theory in radar, digital, and wireless
communications.
